What Arabic dialects are supported?
Narakeet supports 14 Arabic dialects including Egyptian, Saudi, Emirati, Iraqi, Jordanian, Lebanese, Kuwaiti, Libyan, Omani, Palestinian, Qatari, Syrian, Bahraini and Israeli Arabic. Select your specific dialect for the most accurate transcription.
What audio formats can I transcribe?
You can upload MP3 files now. Support for WAV, M4A and other common audio formats, as well as MP4, MOV and other video files is coming soon. The tool extracts the audio track automatically.
How long can my Arabic audio file be?
In the beta phase, we are currently limiting the duration to 60 minutes, but contact us if you need longer content. There is no strict limit on file duration. Longer files take more time to process, but you can transcribe full-length recordings, lectures and interviews.
Is the transcription in Arabic script?
Yes. The transcription outputs Arabic script (العربية) with right-to-left text. You receive the text in the same script the language is normally written in.
