4 New AI Voices

We added 4 new voices, and upgraded one popular voice to polyglot/multi-lingual.

Ronald, one of the most popular American English voices, can now speak almost a hundred other languages. Minghao, the new Mandarin Chinese voice, can also speak other languages, so there are effectively two new high-quality AI voice options for most of our supported languages.
